Club Leadership

The SCHH Pickleball Club is led by an elected Board of Directors and supported by committees, program coordinators, coaches and volunteers. The Board is responsible for Club programs, finances, communication, equipment and coordination with the Sun City Hilton Head Community Association. The Association owns and manages the pickleball facilities and establishes community rules governing court access and private reservations.

This partnership helps ensure that Club programming and facility decisions serve the broader Sun City Hilton Head community.

Club committees help develop and manage important areas of Club activity.

• Organized Club Play Committee
  Develops and supports structured recreational playing opportunities, including Shootouts, Internal League Play and other non-DUPR formats.
• Competitive Play Committee
  Develops and supports DUPR events, tournaments, and other competitive opportunities.
• Player Development Committee
  Supports volunteer-led instruction, professional coaching, clinics, mentoring and programs for players at every stage of development.

Additional committees and volunteer teams may be established as the needs of the Club evolve.
